New Foods RegLab: Dutch Think Tank Opens EU Novel Food Sandbox Pilot for Cultivated Meat and Precision Fermentation Firms
With novel foods left out of the Biotech Act’s regulatory sandboxes, the Ministry of Future Affairs is recruiting up to ten companies for a Brussels pilot that will feed anonymised lessons on the EU approval process back to EFSA and the European Commission.
