Galy Launches WunderHaus Chocolate Made With Cell-Cultured Cocoa, Targeting Professional Kitchens After Self-Affirmed GRAS
Boston biotech startup Galy, known for lab-grown cotton, has moved into plant cell-cultured cocoa with WunderHaus, a couverture and baking chocolate brand for chefs. Its cocoa powder has self-affirmed GRAS status, a Boston restaurant is the first launch partner, and a UAE entry is planned for 2027.
