Dhampur Bio Organics Signs 10-Year Licence With Planetary to Turn Sugar and Molasses Into Mycoprotein in India
Indian sugar producer Dhampur Bio Organics has signed a technology licensing agreement with Swiss fermentation company Planetary for exclusive mycoprotein production in India. DBO will build and run plants that use sugar and molasses as feedstock, while Planetary supplies its BioBlocks platform and buys the output.
