Planet A Foods Launches Cocoa Booster Cocoa Powder Replacer, Targeting Cocoa Price Spikes and GLP-1 Fibre Demand
The ChoViva maker’s single-ingredient Cocoa Booster can replace up to 100% of cocoa powder in bakery, fillings and drinks, claims around 69 g fibre per 100 g and up to 50% formulation savings, and will be sold through Barry Callebaut, with first products expected around Q1 2027.
